How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Must hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy eligible for AHPRA registration and have at least 3 years post graduate clinical experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical practice knowledge, skills and experience within Paediatric Occupational Therapy, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as a member of the multidisciplinary team, prioritise and manage a mixed caseload.
- Strong time management skills, written and verbal communication and IT skills including the ability or willingness to use Telehealth software.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, implement and evaluate quality improvement initiatives, research, and service development processes.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical and team leadership, including experience in staff and student supervision.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills including negotiation, decision making, advocacy and the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Evidence of a Class C drivers licences and a willingness to travel for work purposes, including overnight stays.
