The Haematology Clinical Trials Unit (HCTU) at RPA is seeking a dynamic and driven Clinical Trials Manager to lead our dedicated team in delivering world-class clinical trials that make a real difference to patients' lives. In this pivotal role, you will apply your strong management skills and Haematology expertise to foster excellence, innovation, and collaboration. - Appropriate tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated relevant equivalent professional experience in a clinical research environment.
- Demonstrated management skills and experience to effectively drive clinical research and build strong working relationships with stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
- Extensive experience managing clinical trials studies and thorough knowledge of clinical trial regulations, legislation and ICH-GCP Guidelines with strong problem solving, analytical and numeracy skills to develop, implement and monitor clinical trial budgets.
