- Demonstrated ability to handle aggressive and / or difficult situations along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of, and commitment to the principles of confidentiality and the ability to make complex decisions in very difficult situations.
- Knowledge of security equipment including CCTV operations and access control systems
- Able to follow and abide by the policies and procedures set by the Health Service.
- Demonstrated effective oral communication with clear dialogue, along with intermediate computer skills and written communication skills.
