SCHN virtualKIDS Administration Officer Level 3
- Extensive experience working as a level 3 Admin assistant within Health or similar providing an effective secretarial service for a busy department
- Ability to use IT systems including iPM, eMR, outlook, word and excel
- Well-developed organisational skills required to set priorities and monitor workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and other work skills required for a range of operational administrative tasks
- Proven ability to exercise initiative in decision making in day to day operational matters and applying established work practices
- Ability to perform work under broad supervision with some independence
- Capacity to supervise or train other clerical staff
