The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for Revenue Officers, Patient Billing to join our dynamic Patient Billing Shared Services team. In these roles, you’ll be responsible for ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time, all while adhering to policies, service delivery agreements, and relevant regulations. As a key point of contact for patients, carers, and health partners, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries with professionalism and care.
You’ll work closely with the Patient Billing Team Leader to uphold high-quality standards, support audit readiness, and drive efficiency.
