Selection Criteria:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related discipline and/or experience in the management of health related Revenue generation
  2. Extensive high level experience and demonstrated capacity in managing a large scale Revenue service, knowledge of public and private health funding models/ABF models would be an advantage
  3. Demonstrated high level management expertise with experience in leading, mentoring, developing and managing the performance of a team
  4. Able to provide evidence of exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across broad and varied stakeholders
  5. Strategic Revenue management experience, including analytical and modelling capability, preferably in a health care environment, including a knowledge of private health insurance claims and procedures
  6. Understanding of NSW Health information systems for billing, patient administration and General Ledger/financial accounting related experience
  7. Exposure to and participation in change implementation projects, with a particular focus on projects ideally, but not limited to a health care delivery environment
  8. Ability to think and operate strategically, yet provide limited operational assistance/guidance as when required
