  1. A degree in science, health or business management or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with a range of professionals at multiple organisational levels.
  3. Ability to operate in a frequently changing environment with many responsibilities.
  4. Demonstrated experience in contributing to operational and administrative activities within a research group or institution.
  5. Demonstrated high level organisation and time management skills with excellent attention to detail, as well as a demonstrated ability to be self-directed and innovative.
  6. Demonstrated high level skills & experience in project management and/or planning and development.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
