- A degree in science, health or business management or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
- Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with a range of professionals at multiple organisational levels.
- Ability to operate in a frequently changing environment with many responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to operational and administrative activities within a research group or institution.
- Demonstrated high level organisation and time management skills with excellent attention to detail, as well as a demonstrated ability to be self-directed and innovative.
- Demonstrated high level skills & experience in project management and/or planning and development.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
