- Knowledge of science or related paramedical field with clinical trials experience.
- Excellent time management, organisation and written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment, scheduling meetings and following study protocols.
- Ability to work without supervision and effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem solving abilities.
- Methodical and analytical approach to work
- Demonstrated experience in utilising constructive feedback to improve work outcomes and improve work-related skills.
- Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office products.
