- Current AHPRA Registration in Nursing or Occupational Therapy with extensive relevant post registration experience. Occupational Therapists must have experience as Level 2 or equivalent.
- Previous experience in people management with a proven ability to provide clinical supervision, inspire teams, and drive ambitious service and organizational goals.
- Communication skills for effective liaison with clinicians, managers, staff, and other key stakeholders.
- Passion for consumer-led recovery principles, experience in change management, and dedication to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
