Selection Criteria 

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health discipline or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Highly developed negotiation consultation and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders and objectivity in decision-making.
  3. Understanding of Project management principles and delivery of outcomes on time and within budget.
  4. Demonstrated experience in policy, planning and /or service development, including analysis and resolution of complex issues.
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of inter-relationship between models of care, facility options and departmental operational policies and procedures.
  6. Experience and/or knowledge of ‘Clinical Redesign or AIM Methodology’ for change management as recommended by NSW Ministry of Health.
  7. Well-developed written and oral communications skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the project team, district management and key stakeholders.
