The Role
We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Officer to:
- Deliver a customer focused and centralised recruitment support service to JHFMHN managers and employees.
- Coordinate and organise staff identification cards and attending JHFMHN Orientation days.
- Provide accurate and consistent advice for convenors, panel members and other staff as required in relation to recruitment policy, electronic recruitment systems and processes.
- Coordinate and monitoring contingent worker checks in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the Employment Review Committee (ERC) briefs and communication.
- Use Human Resources and Payroll Systems (StaffLink) as well as use of eRecruitment systems (ROB).
- Work cohesively within the Recruitment team to ensure the workload is processed efficiently.
