Project Support Officer - Health ICT - Prince of Wales Hospital
Selection Criteria
- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, while managing competing work priorities and work flow within allocated resources.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the administrative, training and testing functions within complex IT projects.
- Draft accurate and concise reports, documents and correspondence, including the preparation of complex correspondence for senior officers, in accordance with SESLHD policies and procedures.
- Good analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information and the ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving to achieve business focused solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within teams and with customers, vendors and other stakeholders, by utilising engagement and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and work effectively across a number of IT systems.
- High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Current unrestricted NSW Driver’s License and willingness to travel across the LHD in the course of employment.
