Selection Criteria

  1. Qualifications in Project Management, Change Management or Business Administration or willingness to attain within 3 years of commencement.
  2. Project and change management experience and the ability to develop, monitor and reach project outcomes in a rural health care setting.
  3. High level communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to listen to others; and to prepare written material that is concise, accurate, well-structured and easy to follow.
  4. Capacity to organise, plan and prioritise work, documentation and schedules accurately, responding appropriately to changing circumstances where necessary.
  5. Ability to perform basic research and critically analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision making.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team, with excellent problem solving skills.
  7. Current driver's license and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across a large geographic area, which may include overnight stays.
