About this role

We are delivering a large transformational program consolidating information from NSW Health websites into a single, user-centric NSW Government website.

 

As the program manager within the Strategic Communications and Engagement branch, you will play they key role in leading the successful development, planning and delivery of the multi stream digital program for NSW Health.

 

You will work closely with teams across NSW Health and other NSW Government agencies to uplift and improve the user experience, consistent with NSW Health and NSW Government guidelines and strategies.

 

This role reports to the Channels Director.

 

Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $145,378- $168,130 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing

 

  • Lead and manage the team planning and delivering the NSW Government One CX initiative in terms of program management, policy development and other highly complex projects for the Ministry of Health to deliver organisational objectives

 

  • Lead and manage the interface with other projects across NSW Health as they relate or interface with the OneCX program

 

  • Bring your experience to bear to enhance the digital program across NSW Health

 

  • Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects.

 

  • Provide sound advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations.

 

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

 

  • Plan, manage and monitor projects assigned to the team to ensure project outcomes and/or expectations are achieved.

 

  • Prepare high quality written reports, briefs, correspondence and cabinet documents to inform or respond to agency or Government requests.

 

  • Oversee research and formulate recommendations to support evidence-based project planning and decision making

 

  • Role model behaviours and practices to support cohesive and collaborative teamwork across their individual team delivery boundaries and to take a project, issue, and campaign approach to delivery

 

About you 

 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced person who can support the work of NSW Health with

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on digital accessibility, inclusion and readability.

 

  • Experience in leading a similar program.

 

  • The ability to build and maintain strong influential relationships with key stakeholders

.

  • A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.

 

  • The ability to work in a dynamic program team environment.

 

  • The ability to collaborate and look at the broad strategic digital and communication opportunities, as well as the tasks ahead.
