About the role:
The Belmont Hospital Pharmacy Department is a close-knit team of ten dedicated employees. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment where every team member’s contributions are appreciated. A typical day includes handling imprest duties across various wards, managing outpatient dispensing, and coordinating with both internal and external hospital stakeholders. Delivering IV fluids several times a week will be part of the job.
We are seeking an experienced pharmacy technician who is eager to learn on the job. While prior hospital experience is beneficial, it is not required, as on-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for a team player who is ready to support colleagues and think creatively to solve problems.
Where you will be working:
Belmont Hospital is a 128-bed facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient health care services to the population of Lake Macquarie. Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday, with core hours between 10:00 am and 3:30 pm
