The role:
In this role, you will manage a full clinical workload while also leading and supervising a team of pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include clinical supervision, training, mentoring, and supporting the professional development of your team members. On occasion, you may be called upon to serve as a senior pharmacist in specialised areas when needed, reflecting our commitment to versatile clinical expertise.
Collaboration is fundamental within our team—you'll work closely with clinical colleagues across various specialties and collaborate with other team leaders to ensure seamless departmental operations. Our working hours are 0800 to 1630, Monday to Friday, with an expectation to participate in on-call duties and occasional weekend or public holiday work.
The ideal candidate will possess high-level clinical skills across a broad range of areas, coupled with strong leadership abilities. You should thrive in a challenging environment, demonstrating excellent time management and the ability to foster a supportive and reflective learning atmosphere within the team.

Requirements:
Registered as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Demonstrated experience and competency consistent with the Health Employees' Pharmacists (State) Award.
Able and willing to participate in on-call, after-hours, weekend, and public holiday work as required.
