Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Current unrestricted authority to practice as a pharmacist within the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated competence in current drug knowledge and a commitment to ongoing education and professional development
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical pharmacy services (Cancer Care preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to assess own performance and identify and act on personal learning goals.
- Ability to travel within the LHD in accordance with the position.
