Selection Criteria

  1. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, monitoring and determining work priorities to enable adjustments to workflow as required.
  2. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
  3. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedure.
  5. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook.
