About the role

As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will support the Business Partner Team to provide expert advice and deliver a variety of people-related operational activities across the full spectrum of the People and Culture function and the employee life cycle. You will deliver customer focused solutions and services to assist in the development of the best practice policies, programs and tools to enable a high performing workforce. 

 

Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 to $122,058 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards.

What you'll be doing  

 

  • As the first point of contact for stakeholders, you will provide high quality advice and support, while managing conflicting business priorities  
  • By collaborating closely with People and Culture colleagues you will ensure a coordinated approach to the provision of People and Culture advice and activities  
  • You will build positive relationships with stakeholders to provide operational excellence in HR delivery and to facilitate informational flow to meet organisational objectives 
  • Using your strong problem-solving capability and people and culture knowledge, you will be highly motivated to contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce practices and processes  

 

About you  

 

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:  

 

  • Formal qualifications in human resources (or related field) or relevant industry experience. 
  • Experience working in a large and complex working environment, delivering a range of people-related operational requirements with a sound working knowledge of related legislation, awards and best practice. 
  • A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development. 
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
