The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead daily operations and manage Patient Support Services across the healthcare facility. You'll supervise and manage staff, maintain high cleaning and safety standards, and ensure services meet customer expectations and performance targets.
We're seeking a strong leader with a background in large, customer-focused environments, excellent communication skills, and solid knowledge of infection control, WHS, and business systems. Eligibility Requirements
- Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description.
- Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, while temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa
- This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening. Refer to NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 12) for a complete list of required vaccines.
