ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

When broken down this is the humility and technical proficiency to display expertise in both complicated and complex systems.
  • Communication: this is the key human-factors attribute required to be successful as a Paramedic Educator within Aeromedical Operations. Delivery of information during face-to-face sessions is required to meet a range of knowledge and experience across both medical and aviation teams, and the paramedic educator must adapt their style to meet the key learning objects they have developed.
  • Project Management: a core component of a Paramedic Educator in Aeromedical Operations is to develop, deliver and evaluate the programs and competency based assessments to train and maintain Critical Care Paramedics. As such, the PE must manage timelines, development of content from several key stakeholders, delivery of this content, and finally adjust for future needs as they arise from those identified in Operations.
