Eligibility Requirements 

  • Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, while temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa.

Essential Criteria (please address these in a cover letter):

  • Demonstrated understanding of patient transport principles and operations in a large diverse organisation and/or relevant qualifications with high level computer skills and experience with computer aided dispatch program (CAD)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, including proficient people management skills with the ability to provide staff support, staff development opportunities and performance managing where necessary, with the ability to identify and resolve conflict as required.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, well developed problem solving, analytical and decision making skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
