Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy with current National Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA
- Postgraduate clinical experience in the delivery of Occupational Therapy services, with clinical expertise in acute care and/or chronic aged and complex care clients
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, as well as experience in the clinical supervision of undergraduate Occupational Therapists.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of clinical Occupational Therapy policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and demonstrated knowledge of & experience with quality improvement and evidence based practice.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, including the formulation of complex care plans.
- Ability to provide advice to service managers on clinical service development, practice and redesign.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
