We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team and provide a vital service to communities across the New England area! As an occupational therapist, you'll have the incredible opportunity to help elderly clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. About us:
This is a great opportunity to try rural practice, working within the Multipurpose Services in our district. New England is the region within Hunter New England (HNE) Local Health that encompasses a variety of communities and offers a range of healthcare services. The New England region is known for its beautiful landscapes, including national parks and rural settings, and provides both urban and rural healthcare services to its residents.
Locations:
We have a variety of part-time opportunities across our district. These are able to be combined if you are looking for more hours.
Our Multipurpose Services are located in Barraba, Bingara, Boggabri, Emmaville, Tingha, Warialda and Werris Creek. We have 1 day a fortnight available at each of these sites.

- Occupational Therapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA

- This is a Level 3 position. However, if there are no appropriate Level 3 applicants, applications from Level 1 and 2 will be considered. The selection criteria reflects the requirements for a Level 3 applicant. Responses from Level 1 or 2 applicants need to demonstrate their level of competence with regard to the same criteria and their ability to work towards Level 3. The expected performance of the incumbent will be commensurate with his/her years of experience and current level at commencement of appointment. The incumbent will work towards meeting the criteria for Level 3.
