The Role
The Nurse Unit Manager – Custodial Mental Health is a leadership role which has a line management role and clinical operations responsibility for a specialist mental health service provided by Custodial Mental Health (CMH) at Long Bay Hospital Mental Health Unit.
The position is an integral part of the CMH nursing management team and is responsible, in conjunction with the Custodial Mental Health Nursing Unit Manager 3 for local level planning, development, implementation and evaluation of specialist mental health nursing services and for overseeing the delivery of those services.
