Selection Criteria:
- Currently registered as a nursing staff member with AHPRA
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and management within an acute mental health inpatient service setting.
- A demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of mental health services
- A demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and the ability to manage change.
- Demonstarte a strong commitment to contemporary recovery focused care within acute mental health settings
- Demonstrable negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Have the required advanced computer literacy skillls to effectively navigate the required health care programs e.g. HealthRoster, ROB and Stafflink.
