  • Registered Nurse, Division one with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
  • Extensive operational management experience in a Renal Department.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a clinical team.
  • Evidence of and commitment to patient/customer focused care, clinical governance and quality improvement.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in initiating and implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence based practice and practice development.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget development and monitoring financial performance, knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Human resource processes.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Applications and roster management systems.
