We are looking for an experienced, motivated and innovative nurse manager to join our team leading and supporting our mental health workforce - do you have the knowledge and skills? This busy role works as part of our Executive team leading our clinical workforce providing exemplary care to our mental health consumers.

Selection Criteria:
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated extensive post-registration experience in mental health nursing with management experience and experience in acute mental health care.
- Demonstrated excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake clinical service planning, change management and financial management.
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety and Injury Management, security, risk, and safety management, associated with acute mental health service.
- Understanding of and commitment to consumer and carer consultation and participation in service planning and delivery.
- Sound knowledge of Performance Management and Industrial Relations Processes.
- Computer literacy and current NSW unrestricted drivers licence.
