Position Classification: Speech Pathologist Level 1/ Level 2
Remuneration: $37.03 - $52.83 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
Kickstart your career as a Speech Pathologist with a supportive team delivering care across paediatric and adult caseloads in a dynamic health setting! Key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide evidence-based speech & swallowing interventions
- Work across diverse inpatient, outpatient & community services
- Learn from experienced clinicians with guided supervision
- Engage in research, education & professional development
- Make a real impact through person-centred, holistic care
This position is a new graduate contract. Applicants must have no more than 12 months post graduate experience to be eligible to apply.

Essential Criteria:
- Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Registration: Eligible for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in the management of adults with acquired swallowing disorders, and experience in the administration of objective swallowing assessment procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of adults with acquired communication impairments.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of Evidence Based Practice, commitment to professional development and experience in quality management or research.
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia
