New Graduate Speech Pathologist
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Supervised student clinical experience in an adult acute care setting with demonstrated skills and knowledge in the provision of Speech Pathology services to consumers, carers and families requiring assessment, intervention, case management, and appropriate referral and discharge planning.
- A strong interest in developing clinical skills in a wide range of adult swallowing and communication disorders in an acute tertiary teaching hospital setting
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload demands, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required).
