- Qualifications in relevant clinical field (Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy) or equivalent relevant experience. With membership to AHPRA or AASW.
- Extensive management experience and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on community care coordination and trauma informed, recovery oriented principles of mental health care.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, communication, organizational skills working with internal and external stakeholders in service planning and delivery
- Proven knowledge and experience in policy development, implementation and evaluation, clinical practice improvement, incident management and complaints management
