About the role
The Quality & Evaluation Manager will be working in the dynamic and across District team of the Clinical Trial Support Unit (CTSU) forming an integral part of our team and is instrumental in the development of a culture across the organisation which supports quality, performance improvement and evaluation related to the delivery of clinical trials.
We are looking for an individual who has a quality mindset and will work collaboratively with multiple Departments and Hospital Management to support the Clinical Trials Governance Framework Implementation as well as develop, monitor and review local quality framework initiatives to support the improvement of local performance.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a unit which supports Western NSW and Far West Local Health Districts. This role will also have the opportunity to provide strategic leadership and influence across the Health District to align services with National Clinical Trials Governance Framework. To promote and constantly work within a framework of Evidence Based Practice.
