Skills and Knowledge

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline or equivalent experience in management of health programs and services at District level
  2. Demonstrated effective leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal communication skills; including the ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders
  3. Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead major program of work including effective project management, change management and delivery of programs within timeline and budgets
  5. Demonstrated effective organisational skills and the ability to meet competing priorities to produce quality work whilst meeting deadlines including time management, delegation and project management
  6. Demonstrated ability to achieve organisational and program outcomes through effective leadership, planning, problem solving, negotiation and change management
  7. Demonstrate application of knowledge and expertise in primary, community and integrated health service delivery across a diverse range of care sectors
  8. Current NSW Drivers Licence
