Skills and Knowledge
- Tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline or equivalent experience in management of health programs and services at District level
- Demonstrated effective leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal communication skills; including the ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead major program of work including effective project management, change management and delivery of programs within timeline and budgets
- Demonstrated effective organisational skills and the ability to meet competing priorities to produce quality work whilst meeting deadlines including time management, delegation and project management
- Demonstrated ability to achieve organisational and program outcomes through effective leadership, planning, problem solving, negotiation and change management
- Demonstrate application of knowledge and expertise in primary, community and integrated health service delivery across a diverse range of care sectors
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
