- A tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated significant high-level experience in the field of business administration or health management.
- A proven track record of achievement in managing Corporate Service delivery in a complex environment. Demonstrated success in financial management of a large and complex service.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and/or managing risk management systems to support organisation-wide risk strategies and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including substantial experience in leading high level negotiations and writing complex reports, business cases and briefings.
- Significant experience in organisational re-design and change management, with proven ability to drive business improvement reform and workplace culture improvement.
- Well-developed analytical, conceptual, problem solving and strategic capabilities with exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Sound understanding of corporate governance and regulatory systems and experience working with committees, executive groups and industrial organisations.
