The Opportunity

HealthShare NSW is looking for a Linen Maintenance Supervisor (Trades) on Night Shift, that will play a crucial role in keeping everything running smoothly at our Parramatta Linen Service site. In this position, you will ensure the maintenance department operates efficiently, delivering high-quality products and services to our clients.

To be a great fit for this role, you'll need a recognized Trade Certificate and experience in maintenance department operations. Working well in a team is essential, as is the ability to handle repairs and maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently, minimising disruptions to production.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description.
  • Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, while temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa.
  • This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening. Refer to NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 11) for a complete list of required vaccines. COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance

All NSW Health workers must provide evidence of a COVID-19 primary vaccination course (2 doses) which have been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate if received in Australia, or overseas records from a legitimate source.
