We are looking for someone who can:
- Work collaboratively with managers, clinicians and key stakeholders across NSW Hospitals, LHD's and ACI Clinical Networks to develop and implement evidence-based models of care and related projects that improve the quality of health care service delivery.
- Undertake all aspects of project management including development, implementation and evaluation.
- Participate in the review of health service delivery reform initiatives, working with NSW hospitals and LHDs to formulate specific strategies to improve the quality of health care service delivery.

What you will be doing
The Lead, Design, Capability and Experiential Evidence will work strategically and collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders to lead the design functions, including Redesign and Co-design, Priority Projects and partnerships, and Experiential Evidence as well as the delivery of best practice training programs to build innovation capability across the NSW Health workforce.
The position provides effective leadership of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver relevant, contemporary and high quality expertise, training and professional services to ACI and NSW Health staff. The role will ensure the use of innovative methods to capture and apply experiential evidence in the development models of care and foster a codesign culture across the health system through patient partnerships, the application of health lenses and clinical redesign training programs.

Remuneration: $166,678.00 - $186,448.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
