Remuneration: $112,396 – $116,038 per annum + superannuation + salary packaging

About the role:
- Delivering high-quality physiotherapy for post-operative elective surgery patients
- Leading and supporting service innovation and change initiatives
- Collaborating with surgeons, nursing staff, and ward-based teams to optimise patient flow
- Supervising and supporting Allied Health Assistants and junior staff
- Balancing a busy clinical caseload while contributing to team capability
About you:
- Strong musculoskeletal knowledge and clinical reasoning in acute orthopaedics
- Experience working in a change-management environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence practice improvement
- High-level written and verbal communication skills across clinical and managerial teams
- Proven ability to support and supervise Allied Health Assistants
Requirements:
- Physiotherapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA
