The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking a forward-thinking Innovation and Automation Manager to lead transformative initiatives that drive efficiency and service improvement across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of innovation and automation programs, leveraging technologies like Automation Anywhere, UIPath, and Power Automate to streamline processes and enhance performance. You’ll play a key role in shaping and implementing strategic technology roadmaps that support large-scale transformation - particularly within the healthcare sector.
With strong business analysis skills and a solid understanding of emerging technologies and healthcare regulations, you’ll identify opportunities for automation and innovation that deliver real impact. Your ability to communicate clearly, engage senior stakeholders, and drive collaboration across complex environments will be essential to success.
