Lead Meaningful Change in Patient Experience
Are you passionate about improving patient experience and driving meaningful change? As the Patient Experience Improvement Program Facilitator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering patient experience initiatives across the district. Working in partnership with clinicians, teams, consumers and associated working groups, you'll lead the development and implementation of innovative programs, tools, and resources aligned with National Standard 2. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with clinicians and facility leaders, provide expert guidance, and contribute directly to enhancing the consumer experience across HNE Health.
