Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 6
Remuneration: $80,340.91 - $82, 240.21 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Flexibility in working arrangements, including JobShare may be considered for part time hours)
Location: North Parramatta (Cumberland Hospital), free parking and close proximity to Light Rail connections with Parramatta CBD and Westmead Station

What you'll be doing
The Human Resources Officer, District is responsible for providing generalist HR support and consultancy within a Health Facility or District-wide Directorate. This role works alongside senior HR professionals to deliver HR services and contribute to various HR portfolios and projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general HR advice and consultancy within a designated facility or district.
- Assisting senior HR staff with allocated HR portfolios and projects.
- Offering administrative and practical support to HR teams.
- Potentially supporting small portfolios under senior guidance.
- Acting as a conduit for local HR/Workforce matters in the People and Culture Directorate
- Client base is largely non clinical but includes some clinical client groups
