As the Fusion Human Resources Manager, you will play a key strategic role in shaping the future of our workforce by providing expert advice on change management, workforce planning, industrial relations, and cultural transformation. Working closely with senior leaders, industrial partners, and program stakeholders, you will help steer the successful delivery of major digital initiatives—including SWLIMS, QPoint, and eReporting—ensuring that our people are supported and empowered through every stage of change.

What you'll be doing
This role will work in partnership with the Fusion Change Lead, the Fusion Program Director, the Chief Operating Officer, Associate Directors - Human Resource and the Deputy Director, Strategic HR & Projects to develop and implement proactive and responsive HR change management initiatives related to implementation of the Fusion Project. The Fusion Human Resources Manager will attend relevant forums, lead critical discussions, analyse changes and assess their impact from a workforce perspective recommending appropriate and timely action. This position will provide subject matter expertise and leadership in working with industrial organisations, legislative instruments and public sector structure, policies and processes.
The role will work closely with all Fusion stakeholders to deliver a diverse range of human resource and workforce functions including providing high level HR advice, coaching and consultancy services to support managers and staff.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, human resource management, industrial relations and/or experience in industrial relations and human resources management in a large and complex service delivery organisation.
- Extensive experience in facilitating HR complex change management initiatives with proven ability to effectively project manage.
- Proven capacity leading HR/IR aspects of large-scale workforce transformations and programs of work.
- High level communication, liaison and negotiation skills, including experience in working with front line managers, senior managers and industrial associations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic organisational environment
- Sound understanding of or demonstrated ability to learn NSW Health employment frameworks including relevant awards, industrial instruments, policies and legislation.
