- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or relevant field and/or relevant work experience in Human Resources or policy Advisor role.
- Demonstrated skills in the preparation of complex written correspondence such as briefs, letters, emails and reports.
- Demonstrated well-developed verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience to quickly and accurately identify significant workforce issues and clearly communicate their business implications to management.
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands to meet deadline and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated previous experience in research, policy development and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management, staff and other key stakeholders with a strong customer service approach.
- Proven high level ability to use ability to use standard computer applications such as email, Intranet, Internet, HPRM, Microsoft Word and Excel.
