  1. Tertiary qualifications in human resources or relevant field and/or relevant work experience in Human Resources or policy Advisor role.
  2. Demonstrated skills in the preparation of complex written correspondence such as briefs, letters, emails and reports.
  3. Demonstrated well-developed verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to influence outcomes.
  4. Demonstrated experience to quickly and accurately identify significant workforce issues and clearly communicate their business implications to management.
  5. Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands to meet deadline and reporting requirements.
  6. Demonstrated previous experience in research, policy development and evaluation.
  7. Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management, staff and other key stakeholders with a strong customer service approach.
  8. Proven high level ability to use ability to use standard computer applications such as email, Intranet, Internet, HPRM, Microsoft Word and Excel.
