Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of work flow that encompasses good record management keeping practices for e.g. creating, compiling, retrieving, tracking records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and negotiate client/customer needs and adapt to the different needs of individuals whilst applying a strong customer focus.
  • Demonstrated competency to utilise a range of computer applications such as Microsoft Office with an aptitude to learning new IT systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise multiple competing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, while working effectively in a team environment with an emphasis on communication and handover tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate understanding and commitment to the concept of privacy and confidentiality of personal and personal health information.
  • Current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.



Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases
This is a Category ‘B’ position, please read and understand NSW Health policy directive PD2022_030

All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy. OASV requirements also include proof of vaccination against influenza and is compulsory for NSW Staff that enter any Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or who work in NSW Health owned and operated RACFs

All NSW Health Category A workers are required to have received at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.
