Join the Team!

As a Health & Security Assistant, you’ll support both patient care and safety in a hospital setting. 

Day-Day Responsibilities: 

  • Security Duties – Patrols, alarm response and providing friendly, helpful customer service
  • Patient Interaction – Assist with patient transfers, personal care, and mobility needs
  • Maintaining Cleanliness – Performing cleaning duties to high standards
  • Manual Handling – Helping with safe and respectful lifting and movement of patients
  • Crisis Management – Handle challenging situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism

  • Hold (or is willing to obtain) a Class 1A Security Licence
