What you'll be doing

The Finance team plays a vital role in supporting teams throughout the LHD by assisting with budget planning, managing financial performance, meeting statutory and ministerial reporting obligations, overseeing procurement, contract management, and handling patient revenue functions.
 
Additionally, Finance collaborates closely with key stakeholders across the district to plan and optimise resource allocation and effective usage, aiming to deliver improved outcomes for the communities we serve. 

The Head of Procurement and Contract Management leads the procurement function, including development and implementation of strategic and operational sourcing, procurement, contracting and supply management strategies to drive operational processes that deliver the best value in goods and services outcomes to enable achievement of organisational goals. This position is the primary contact for all strategic procurement matters and provides high level advice on such to the Chief Executive and broader Executive leadership team.
