About The Role:

Ready for a fulfilling career where you make a real difference every day? We are currently looking for a Permanent Full Time Grounds and Garden Supervisor to join our team at Royal North Shore Hospital.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site gardening and maintenance duties, including managing the scheduling and supervision of contracted work and acting as a point of contact for any related enquiries.

You will provide leadership and clear direction to staff as you supervise day-to-day operational activities, whilst also carrying out a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks to support your team in achieving continuous effective service delivery.

  • Candidates must hold appropriate horticultural qualifications to be considered for this position.
