About the Opportunity

This role is a district based role and although centred at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, you will be responsible for managing and supporting generally all aspects of fire education, safety, prevention and emergency response across Sydney Local Health District.

Ideal Candidate

  • Current Level 2 Fire Safety Officer Certificate issued by Fire & Rescue NSW or willingness to obtain within designated time frame. Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training or willingness to obtain within designated time frame.
  • Demonstrated experience in fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures in a large healthcare or commercial organisation.
  • A current NSW Driver’s Licence (P1 & P2 licence acceptable).
