Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the supervision and or management of staff
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines in a multi-disciplined setting
- Demonstrated leadership and people skills with ability to motivate, empower and manage multi-disciplined teams
- Commitment to providing and maintaining a high level customer based service to all clients
- Sound Computer literacy and familiarity with software systems applicable to role, i.e. Microsoft programs (Word/ Excel) and ISLHD programs - Stafflink, HealthRoster
- Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health Safety and capacity to develop and implement strategies for support services staff
- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict management skills with experience managing staff grievances and/or industrial matters
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relations with staff, senior management and other stakeholders
