Remuneration: $166,678 – $186,448 per annum

What you'll be doing
Lead operations at Mount Druitt Hospital in a pivotal role focused on strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and high-quality clinical service delivery. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Managing all services across Mount Druitt Hospital
  • Driving strategic planning and priority setting
  • Leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams
  • Aligning care with WSLHD health priorities
  • Partnering with health and community agencies

Selection Criteria:

  1. Tertiary qualifications and or demonstrated experience in business, commerce, finance, health or other relevant fields.
  2. Demonstrated successful experience at a senior level in the public and/or private sector in the effective formulation, implementation and monitoring of key initiatives within a complex environment.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal skills including sound oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  4. Demonstrated success in managing/leading large and diverse teams and delivering on key priorities and results.
  5. High-level expertise, knowledge and experience in ensuring organisational compliance with public sector accountabilities.
  6. Demonstrated people management skills, including providing staff support, development, performance management and managing unacceptable workplace behaviour.
  7. Demonstrated understanding of budgeting, financial planning and performance to achieve goals in the organisation.
  8. Strong ability to meet deadlines and meet conflicting priorities.
