Exercise Physiologist Level 3 - Permanent Part-Time 24hpw - Wollongong Hospital

• Tertiary qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the Award, with eligibility for accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with ESSA; demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Recent, relevant and extensive post graduate clinical experience in Exercise Physiology management of cardiac rehabilitation and heart failure patients.
• Demonstrated experience in providing exercise physiology assessments, prescription of evidence-based individual, group and home exercise programs, and evaluation of interventions using appropriate outcome measures.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously at an advanced level with limited supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrated excellent time management skills and managing a busy caseload.
• Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to liaise with junior and senior health professionals and external service providers.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including experience with health related medical records systems.
